Shadecloth carports are available in 3 standard sizes i.e :  Single, Double or Triple and we can also manufacture a Shadeport to clients individual needs. 

We manufacture ALL our own extrusions i.e:  Galvanised Corner, T & Y pieces.

Our design makes it almost impossible for the Shadeport to collapse.

Shadeports can be either 4 Legged,  Wall fix or we manufacture the Cantilever design.

Shadeports have standard Z25 Colorshade netting or the DriZ Waterproof netting.

The colour of the Shadecloth material determines the Shade & UV factor percentage.

The darker the colour the better the Shade percentage & overall UV factor.

There are a wide range of colours available in the standard Z25 Colorshade netting and the DriZ Waterproof netting has a small range of colours.

The  sub structure of the Shadecloth carport is 50.8 x 2 mm Hot Dipped Galvanised tubular section & when assembled represents a triangular prism elevation which will ensure that the Shadecloth maintains permanent tautness & will not collapse.

Cantilever support columns when used are 152 x 3 mm Hot Dipped Galvanised and concreted into a 600 x 600 x 600 mm foundation (25mpa),  Only stainless steel bolts & nuts are used.
